We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant for Watches at Ur&Penn!
Are you a structured and solution-oriented person with an interest in watches, trade, and administration? Then you could be our new purchasing assistant for our internal watches – a role where you will work closely with the product and play an important role in the entire purchasing chain.
About the role
As a purchasing assistant for internal watches, you will be a key person in the daily operations, from item and order management to campaign preparations and store support. You will work closely with the product manager to ensure that our products reach the store and customers efficiently and with high quality.
Your main tasks will include:
- Entering items into our business system
- Creating and updating orders with expected delivery and due dates
- Receiving deliveries and managing item status in the system
- Labeling samples and creating item lists for campaigns
- Collaborating with the product manager on various projects and administrative tasks
- Working with order placement, delivery monitoring, and logistics from supplier to store
- Supporting Ur&Penn's stores with product and delivery inquiries
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is technically and administratively inclined. You have experience working in business systems and good knowledge of Excel. Experience as a purchasing assistant is a plus, as is experience working with watches. However, the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, willingness, and drive.
To thrive in this role, we see that you are used to working independently, are solution-oriented, meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You like to keep things organized, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The role requires good communication skills in both Swedish and English, as well as good system proficiency.

The position is located at our headquarters at Dalagatan 100 in Stockholm (temporarily in Upplands Väsby during December before moving) and is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Start as soon as possible.
